VILLA OCCUPANCY

Villa occupancy begins at 2pm on the first day of your holiday and ends at 10am the last day. Only the persons named on the booking form may occupy the villa.

COTS AND HIGHCHAIRS

A Cot and highchair is available at no extra cost if required.

LINEN

All linen and towels EXCEPT beach towels are included in the villa rental. Linen and towels will be changed weekly by the maid.

DISABLED

The villa is on one level – please enquire regarding access.

MAID SERVICE AND RUBBISH DISPOSAL

The rental includes maid service 5 days per week. The maid will prepare your villa for arrival and her duties include making beds, cleaning and weekly linen change but not washing up, cooking and personal laundry or rubbish disposal. In Portugal rubbish is taken to council bins located close by.
