HOW TO BOOK

Please do not submit a Booking Form until you have checked final availability and Jardim Ananas is held for you. Availability can be checked with Sally or Matt via email or telephone (+44 (0)131 440 2415). To confirm the villa you can post the booking form to us together with deposit payment of 25% of total cost. Once the booking form and payment have been received a receipt will be forwarded.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES

Jardim Ananas is available from 2pm day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am day of departure.

BALANCE PAYMENT

A final invoice will be sent out approximately 10 weeks prior to departure and all outstanding balances must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.

EXTRA COSTS

There are no hidden costs, hire chairs and cots (no cot linen) can be supplied at no extra cost. Gas, water and electricity are included in the rental price. Heating and firewood are an additional cost.

SECURITY/BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

A security deposit is held on this villa of £250.00 Per booking. This is payable with the holiday balance and will be refunded after your return.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

All cancellations must be in writing and signed by the party leader. Cancellation charges are detailed below:-
